EAA XTRA provides a complete essential amino acid blend, including 5 g of fermented BCAAs per serving. The formula is enhanced with vegan proteolytic enzymes and L-Glutamine, which may support a healthy gut and improve amino acid digestion and nutrient absorption.
L-Glutamine, a conditionally essential amino acid, serves as a primary fuel source for cells in the small intestine. Once amino acids reach the small intestine, they are absorbed into the bloodstream and used in various biochemical processes. During periods of intense physical stress, such as strength training or high-intensity sport, the body can rely on Glutamine to prevent a catabolic state.
To provide a well-rounded support formula, EAA XTRA also includes Taurine for hydration, Vitamin C to support the immune system, and Citrulline Malate, which may help reduce ammonia buildup, allowing for improved training performance and recovery.
